The booking journey remains clean and direct, while detailed arrival, payment, breakfast and house policy information is now presented more fully and elegantly for guests who need it.
Reservation deposit
A 50% deposit is required within 12 hours to secure a reservation. Bookings made less than 24 hours before arrival require full payment immediately.
Reservation & payment highlights
- Reservations are only secured once the required deposit has been paid.
- All guests must settle the full outstanding balance for the entire stay on arrival and before check-in is permitted.
- EFT payments must be processed as instant / real-time payments.
- Proof of payment must be bank-issued and sent directly by SMS from your bank to 072 140 4898.
- We do not accept emailed proofs of payment, screenshots or non-bank-generated confirmations.
- Credit card facilities are available at reception, and we accept Visa and MasterCard debit and credit cards.

- Check-in: 14h00 to 18h00 unless otherwise arranged.
- Check-out: 06h00 to 11h00 on the day of departure.
- Early departures should be arranged in advance with reception.
- Kids under 10 stay free when sharing with two adults.
- Regrettably, no pets are allowed.
Breakfast & meal options
Many guests prefer nearby coffee shops and eateries within easy walking distance, while breakfast packs and meal rebate arrangements are also available by request.
